Group Pilates Classes in
Pilates Mat, Tower and Stability Ball

Group Classes (Palm Beach Location only):

pilates classMind & Body Pilates offers a mix of Tower, Stability Ball, and Mat group exercise classes at various times during the week. All group classes are 50 minutes long, unless otherwise noted. Group fitness classes are designed to encourage a greater degree of independence in the learning environment while still under the watchful eye of our skilled instructors.

Everyone without prior Pilates experience must begin at Level 1. Level 2 continues with the basics, improving control and form. Level 2/3 is a beginning intermediate class, increasing the difficulty of each exercise and requiring more strength and control. Level 3 challenges both the mind and the body with advanced intermediate level mat work. The most advanced level, Mat 4, demands a strong, healthy body able to perform the exercises with speed, fluidity and control. Progressing to each level of any class requires an instructor's approval.

As the studio continues to grow we will be looking for new and innovative ways to give you body awareness, get you in shape while keeping it fun and interesting. Please let us know if there is a special class that might be of interest to you!

Wednesday 9:00 AM - Tower Pilates 5:30 PM - Tower Pilates
Friday 9:00 AM - Mat/Ball Pilates  

Classes we currently offer include:

Pilates Mat class: Pilates group mat classes concentrate on the core for strength, stability, and range of motion. In order to maintain a high quality of instruction and safety, Mat classes will be limited to 10 students.

Tower class: This class is the ultimate workout designed to challenge the core with the use of springs and the bars. In order to maintain a high quality of instruction and safety, Tower classes will be limited to 5 students. Also, all clients new to Mind & Body Pilates will be required to sign up for our “First Time Tower Package,” which includes 2 private Pilates sessions with postural analysis, and 3 Level I group Tower sessions. No exceptions!!

Stability Ball class: This class uses the Swiss exercise ball and the concepts of Pilates mat work to heighten body awareness while continuing to develop core strength. In order to maintain a high quality of instruction and safety, Stability Ball classes will be limited to 8 students.
