Mind & Body Pilates is committed to assisting you in your goals of becoming a more well conditioned and balanced rider. To accomplish this, our Instructors are available for personalized alignment evaluations and form corrections during your riding lessons with your Riding Instructor. We can show you how to improve your posture and flexibility, increase your strength and balance, and correct your body misalignments! We specialize in Dressage.
**Off-Site Riding Evaluation: $150. Per Hour (Driving Time is Additional)

Mind & Body Pilates Studio Policies
- Mind & Body Pilates has a 24-Hour cancellation policy. No shows or late cancellations will automatically be deducted from you package. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- As a courtesy to others, please turn off cell phones and refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, self-tanner, and scented lotions.
- ALL packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.
- All sales are final. There are NO EXCEPTIONS on expiration dates. Please choose your packages carefully! There are NO REFUNDS and packages are non-transferable.
- Advanced payment for all classes and private instruction is required before beginning any pilates session. All new clients are required to pre-pay for their 1st session upon scheduling an appointment. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Cash and/or check are gratefully accepted.
- Class space is limited, and reservations are required for all group classes to ensure a space. Those without a reservation may call the studio up to 2 hours before class to see if there is a space available. A two-student minimum is required to hold the class.
- Classes are subject to change or to be cancelled due to lack of demand. If your class is cancelled, you will be notified in advance and given the option to switch to another class.
- Should only one student show up for a scheduled class, the student will have the option to use 2 punches on his/her class card and take a private, or can reschedule for another class during that week.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time to prepare for class.
