Who Benefits from Pilates?
Some of the benefits of Pilates include:
As in any exercise regime, we recommend that you consult your physician before beginning Pilates if you have any serious medical conditions. To achieve optimum results, we recommend at least 3 sessions per week in any combination of private sessions or group work.
“Ruthie and Jennifer of Mind and Body Pilates bring more than just expertise in Pilates to their work. They have an amazing knowledge of body physiology, from spinal issues to muscles and joints. For someone like me, with low back injuries, it makes all the difference in the world. Each session is different, depending on how my low back or tricky elbow is feeling that day. Yet we still keep progressing in building my strength and flexibility.”- Leesa Gordon
